I previously owned an ASUS USB-C portable monitor, which worked well until it eventually gave out after a few years. This time around, I was looking for something with better specs, higher resolution, and sturdier build quality.This monitor has been a great upgrade. I use it daily for software development and have been really happy with its sharp resolution and bright, vibrant display. I've been using it consistently since December 2024 and take it with me everywhere, as I work remotely full-time. It's lightweight enough that I hardly notice the difference compared to my old ASUS monitor.Unfortunately, around June 2025, the toggle control wheel stopped working, which meant I could no longer access or change any settings. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. After sending them a quick video showing the issue, they confirmed it was still under warranty and offered to send a replacement as soon as they received the broken unit.I ended up being out of town for the summer and forgot to send it back. When I returned, I contacted support again to explain the situation, and they offered to send me the replacement—and I received it within two days. Really thoughtful and greatly appreciated that they looked out for their customer.Overall, this has been a solid investment—not just for the hardware, but also for the customer support experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality portable monitor.

I ordered this monitor as a secondary setup for my switch 2 and a dual monitor setup for my laptop. When the monitor arrived I was experiencing some issues with it so I contacted uperfect support and to my surprise their are pretty attentive and responsive which I think is great. They got all the details and offered to replace my defective device. I have now my replacement and its working flawlesly. The setup is pretty straightforward and easy. The screen size I feel is great. The picture quality in terms of resolution is great and sharp and colors from the OLED screen just pop. The device definetly feels premium. The packaging is great so rest assured they take care of making sure the screen is protected while on transit. The box includes pretty much everything you need for connectivity with devices. It comes with two usb type-c to type-c and one for HDMI.I will definitely recommend this device because the performance I feel its unbeatable for the price and the cherry on top is their great customer service in case you need it. The manual says they offer 30 days money back and 90 days replacements with 12 months warranty for any issues to ensure peace of mind.

My first few months with this item was great. Beautiful image, high refresh rate, lightweight, sleek design, and came with a magnetic foldable cover that doubles as a stand.Then come the downsides. When plugging this item straight from the laptop, it would only get to about half brightness before blacking out entirely and then I would have to unplug it and plug it back in to bring it back to life. And if that didn't happen, it would flash purple lines across the screen. Not the worlds biggest issue though, just make sure to plug it into an external power source before plugging into your device. I have a 100w UGREEN charging block that works wonders for this device and puts enough power to charge whichever device I have plugged into the monitor.The other issue is that now only 4-5 months later, the device does not receive any inout whatsoever and the bottom button that functions as the 'return' does not work. The monitor still turns on but it that's all it does now. I reached out to support to see what can be done.UPDATE 9/8/25: Sophia from the support team has blown me away with her timely responses and assistance in my issue. They are sending me a replacement for my monitor after only a couple of emails regarding my issue. A company with a great support team is what makes a good product great. Issues come with all items that you purchase eventually, and knowing I have peace of mind with their support team. I highly recommend this product.

This is specificially for the 2k mini LED version as it's the only one I've used. It was a quick plug and play with my macbook, single cable, easy peasy. Screen is crisp, incredibly bright, great build quality, and has great colors. Unfortunately I believe it is a VA panel and the viewing angles are not amazing. I really wish it was made with IPS or something else to have better angles. Considering returning and just getting a regular LED one from UPERFECT because i do believe the quality of their products is good.

Great monitor, best value OLED display you can find. It's crisp, very bright, and super portable. I didn't have the space for a second monitor, and a full sized OLED monitor can be very costly, so I decided to get this, and haven't regretted it. It gives me a second display while I'm at my PC, and I'm also able to connect it to my handheld to get a nice large screen for gaming on the go.

When you need a bigger display while travelling and don't want a 10lbs laptop, this does the trick and beautifully. I have a nice compact 14" laptop, and this works as a perfect complement with matching pixel density at 1880p. Most monitors this size are too low at 1440p, or too high at 4K (2160p). The picture quality is fantastic, and 1880p is perfect. The buttons and OSD are responsive and easy to navigate with nice functionality. The power draw is low enough to run directly off some laptops, but the 2 USB-C ports can be used to add power, including passthrough, to power your device. Totally recommend!
