I love bee's and always carry a bee revive kit with me wherever I go. While I like the sentiment behind this necklace and the raising of awareness of their conservation work, unfortunately, for me I’m not the biggest fan of the item itself.The necklace comes really nicely presented in a lovely gift box, complete with velvet drawstring pouch and documentation outlining its support towards bees. This makes it perfect for giving as a present to the right person.The necklace is beautifully crafted, the pendant has an etched and cut out of a bee and around the edge are drilled holes to represent bee hives. The chain has a good length and is well made with a traditional clasp.Unfortunately I find the necklace too chunky for my liking, while I understand it needs to be thicker to have the drilled holes around the circumference of the pendant, I’d have preferred it to be more dainty and slimline even at the expense of the bee hives. The chain is also more chunky than I’d have liked. These are just my own personal preference, whereas someone else will love the chunky look.Don’t forget when you buy this necklace you are not only getting the item, but also supporting a charity in their environmental work for the conservation of the planet's bees.

Lovely quality pendant necklace which looks nice with a chunky knit (albeit quite a youth type pendant). Long necklace. It comes beautifully packaged with a card about the bees and how buying this helps. Makes a fabulous gift. A little high on price.
