Well made, compact and organization is a challenge.
I bought this for everyday work and carry of a lot of gear. Total weight of my daily carry is 19lbs. I work about 50 miles into the desert and need to keep a lot of gear with me. To be fair I probably carry more than the average EDC carrier. The pack is a little tight for everything I have but if the seams hold, I am liking that it is more compact than my previous pack. It is also comfortable to wear with the weight. It looks very nice and doesn't have that tactical feel or look that screams I have stuff in here. I go from office to field and into meetings so it's nice to have something functional but not tactical looking.A couple things I don't like, the admin pouch could use some work, the pen pouches are short and not a lot of room for thicker or multiple notebooks. The water bottle pockets on the side are pretty small. I'd say they would hold about a 12oz bottle. So I am making use of them for additional storage, not a big deal since I carry large water bottles. With the pack so full you couldn't put a bottle in there anyway since the storage is on the inside. Overall is seems all the pockets are just a bit smaller then normal packs. But again it keeps everything tight. With it packed so full the concealed carry location is pretty tight, the holster is extremely secure and isn't going anywhere. One review I noticed said it won't stand on it's own. This is mostly accurate, packed full I can balance it but I wouldn't be able to get in and out of it freestanding. My laptop fits nice and snug with the power cable shoved in the bottom the laptop is easy to access. There are times I carry two laptops, not sure it will work for that. I'd like to add the ballistic panel with the laptop and seems it would fit. The material seems pretty strong and well made, especially for the price. It's going to take some getting used to but it will probably keep me more organized. In the end I can always make use of the molle system if I can find pouches that don't scream tacticool. I have been searching for a long time to find that balance and pulled the trigger on this one. Pretty happy with it so far. I'll know by the end of the week if its going to make the cut. So far I would recommend and if you don't have 19lbs of bulky stuff you're dragging around with you and want something with a little less profile I'd say this pack fits the bill.

Best backpack I have ever owned
Well worth the cost. Meticuously thought out backpack made with good materials. The concealed carry pocket opens on either side and can be accessed without removing the bag with some practice. I use a sticky holster instead of the one that comes with it, but thats just a personal preference. The mole webbing inside is handy for attaching gear and pouches. I appreciate that the bag stays low profile and close against my body, unlike some bags where they stick out too far behind you and throw your center of gravity off if you have to stay limber. Zippers are strong and don't hang up at all. The exterior fabric is stiff enough to hold its shape even with stuff inside, which means no slouchy bags that have to be hassled with to get to things. I can't recommend this bag enough.

If your thinking about it. Trust your gut and buy it.
The ultimate conceal carry edc diaper bag! Cant say enough good about it. Quality, check. Functionability, check. Durability, check for two months use. Added the long zipper pull and am now able to draw without taking the bag off, holding my little one in under 3 seconds. It's very reassuring. On the front I attached an oversized IFAK. In the main the green pouch is my survival kit. The one Tigris is a poo bag dispenser. In the "bladder compartment" I was able to fit a level 3a Kevlar from the back of my vest. In the very front pocket I put the coated armor plate from my vest. Fully loaded with ballistics, millennium g2 and extra clip comes in at just under 14lbs. Things that can be improved. Some hook n loop in the main compartment, and/or hook n loop molle strapping to make it more versatile. Also mag straps in the main and sub main compartments. My one pet peev is that it does not stand on it's own. Also the blue is blue which is not my favorite, but more other people seem to like it than not. I covered as much as I could.

Great pack
This is a great pack. I was between this and a dragon egg, but didn't feel the price difference justified getting the dragon egg. I work as a prehospital care provider, and wanted something that was 1) robust 2) had good built in storage and 3) comfortable to pack around. This pack is definitely well built. I've had this over a year and have had no issues with the build quality. Zippers are high quality, the fabric is sturdy and the molle cuts are holding up well. This pack is also very comfortable to pack around for extended periods of time. I wouldn't want to do super long hikes as it doesn't have a frame and the backing isn't nearly as padded as it could potentially be, but for what I wanted it is perfect. What I ended up being disappointed in is the pockets/organization. The front "executive" space only includes 2 pen slots, two smaller open pockets and one large open pocket as well as the zipper mesh pockets. It may just be me being picky, but finding good location for my instruments and medicines has been a challenge. One major problem with this pack is the water pouches on the side. The side pouches are zippered and expand inside of the ruck sack compartment. This seems great in theory and keeps everything streamlined, but if you throw two bottles in the pack it eats up an enormous portion of the ruck sack space. And while I was initially very sold on the internal molle, in practice it's a little difficult to use with the pouch I purchased--may be a poor choice of pouch on my part, however I'm not sure I will keep or replace the pouch I have. All in all, this is a very solid pack. In hindsight I think I would have gone with the dragon egg for my specific needs, however I have no intention of getting rid of this pack, it is very well built and does what I need it too. YMMV.
