Pleasing results, helped me obtain my goal weight
I have used 'fat busting' supplements in the past to no effect other than being constipated, but formoline has had no such negative effects and I have been using formoline for just over 6 months now - I am very pleased with the results. Having reached a plateau in weight with no further weight loss despite a relatively healthy diet, I have now managed to lose and keep off the remaining 3kgs I needed to lose. I now use formoline to maintain this weight only when I know I am going to overindulge, or if the scales are starting to go the wrong way again if I am less able to exercise for some reason. I shall be taking a supply on holiday so that I can enjoy some treats without fearing the return home carrying 'excess baggage'!
