Very poor quality
I should have read the feed back but I did not so having to return themThis product is very poor in quality . The material is of poor quality and the foam padding is just awful and does not give you any protection and the padding is so hard it does not absorb any of the shock it is just transferred to the knee sp please be aware of this it could cause more damage or pain to your knee

Good but don't love the feel and constantly adjusting
I got these for grappling as when my knees are bruised it is hard to train. The pads do their job, however I am constantly adjusting them as they dont align with the knee/fit over the knee bone very well in my case. The pads are not amazing comfortable. They lack versatility as I am constantly having to take them off for certain drills. The quality for the money paid however I would say is good, as the cost isn't as high as other knee pads I have owned.

We order the m size , glad we did. Fitted nice, the s size would of been to small for my boy.Make sure you do the measurements before you order like we did.
