My first foray into Nano Hydroxyapatite toothpastes. This is the only one I can find that has all three cavity kicking ingredients. Fluoride, NaH, and Xylitol. Great for those who want the best for their teeth.The taste is definitely more natural mint, which I appreciate. Within just a week of use, my teeth felt significantly smoother and harder. Even now my floss gives that squeaky clean sound from my teeth when flossing. That has never happened before in my life. It really does fill in the gaps and remineralize! It doesn't foam up any serious amount but that's a pro for some. I'm indifferent personally.Unfortunately the tube is small for what you get. As a single person, 2x a day use used most of it up after just 2 months. I wish they sold larger sizes just so I could "buy once cry once" instead of having to fork out $32 every two months. Anyway, love the product and would highly recommend it to anyone if they're willing to pay the price. My teeth feel harder, and they are definitely smoother, something no other toothpaste has ever done for me. All in all, 5 stars for effectiveness.

Absolutely love this toothpaste. It was recommended to me by my orthodontist because it contains Nano Hydroxyapetite AND flouride. Although the price is steep, a little goes a long way (the instructions say to only use a pea size amount) and if price is a real issue, you can use this at night time and a normal toothpaste in the morning- thats what my ortho suggested, but I prefer to use it for both since I have cavity prone teeth and want to rebuild my enamel as much as possible. I haven't noticed any major whitening changes but my teeth were on the whiter side to begin with. If you use the recommended amount it doesn't foam up too much but its still a good amount! I HAVE on the other hand, noticed less sensitivity in my teeth, which is great! I don't think I will ever stop repurchasing this toothpaste, it truly is amazing.

just recently got this but am loving it! it doesn’t froth like normal toothpaste does, but the taste is great! you don’t need to use a whole lot out of the tube so I think the price is worth it as the tube will go a long way. It leaves my teeth feeling super super clean. love the inclusion of fluoride and nano hydroxyapatite. My teeth are extremely sensitive but they have been feeling better in just the week that I have been using this toothpaste.

This has quickly become my favorite toothpaste. The mint flavor is so refreshing, not too strong or overpowering, just a clean, pleasant taste. My mouth feels genuinely clean after brushing, like a real "just left the dentist" kind of fresh.I also love that it's made with clean ingredients and designed by a dentist, gives me peace of mind while still getting that great sensory experience. Will definitely be repurchasing!

So I went into this purchase a bit skeptical. I have lately developed very sensitive teeth and wanted to find something that could minimize this sensitivity to cold and heat while at the same time actually repair the teeth. I purchased this because I did not want to give up the fluoride in my daily routine (there are pros and cons to that decision but when it comes to fluoride I think the pros win). Within 2 days my teeth felt better and now 1 month later I have almost zero sensitivity. Hydroxyapatite really works. I mentioned this to my dentist and he smiled and said 5 years ago everyone thought it was a myth but he said that now the studies prove its highly effective. A few notes, you need to make sure you do NOT rinse your mouth out after using so that the nanos can do their thing over time. Its has a very very mild flavor (almost no foam) so not rinsing is not even noticeable after about 2 minutes. I have changed my routine now to use typical mainstream toothpaste in the morning (with fluoride) and then switch to hydroxyapatite during the evening right before bed to insure maximum exposure. Unfortunately due to the high cost of this product I will be switching to their much lower cost competitor that promotes 10% of the main ingredient with no fluoride added simply because it matches my routing better and at a lower overall cost. I recommend this product for anyone who is looking for an all inclusive toothpaste but keep in mind you are absolutely paying top dollar for that choice.

This toothpaste leaves my teeth feeling super clean and smooth all day. I love that it uses 10% Nano-Hydroxyapatite to strengthen enamel without any harsh chemicals. The flavor is mild and refreshing, and I've already noticed a decrease in tooth sensitivity after a couple of weeks. Highly recommend!

I’ve been really enjoying this toothpaste. The Cool Mint flavor is fresh and pleasant without being too strong, and my mouth feels very clean after brushing. I also like that it contains nano-hydroxyapatite, fluoride, and xylitol. The texture is smooth and it doesn’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve been using it regularly and so far I’m very happy with it. Definitely a nice upgrade from regular toothpaste!

Update 5/29:I've cancelled my auto ship for this item and will not be purchasing on Amazon again since I just opened my last box of this toothpaste and despite there being an intact seal on the package, it contained a bottle of The Ordinary serum and an expired travel size tube of Crest. Not happy, especially since the return window has passed.I love the taste of this and my teeth feel super clean after brushing with it. It doesn't foam up as much as typical pastes, but that's fine with me. It has all the ingredients I wanted as well. The only thing I don't like about it is the ridiculously high price. If the price were lower I'd give it 5 stars.
