Good threading lube
Works great, really cuts down on heat buildup during threading and boring.

Excellent cutting oil
A very good thread cutting oil and general purpose machining oil. Some odor, but not overpowering. Sticks where you apply it and a little goes a long way. I keep a small can nearby on my lathe and use it for almost every lathe operation. A good cutting oil and a great value.

great value
Works good. I've been using this at the milling machine and for parting with a lathe.

Works well !
I am not sure what the difference is between thread cutting oil and plane cutting oil but I like this stuff. I use it primarily when drilling with my drill press. It is fairly thick and clings well, yes it can smoke and is oily. However the up side is that it does improve drilling, tool stays cooler and cutting is quicker. I have noticed less de buring and cleanup. The best cutting fluid I have used to date!

Seems like good stuff
The price is right for a healthy quantity of fluid, only used it a few times but it seems to work well and has a nice consistency that doesn’t fling off easily…

Topp Quality as Always
This is exactly the same concoction of sulphurized black stuff I cut my teeth on in high school over 50 years ago. The only things that changed [ARE] the taps are better at self-cleaning; And I wish I had live tooling on my mill so I didn't have to turn this chicken bone. I recommend this cutting oil for all mild steels-- and it makes Aluminum really stinky.

Works great
I was in need of some new cutting fluid and knew the name Ridgid, so I bought this. Glad that I did. First use was while milling some pretty tough steel and even with a roughing end mill, I got a respectable finish. Next used with a 4" fly cutter and the results were very good. Next used it to drill and thread a hole in the same piece of steel the cutting oil made it easy to do both. Like most cutting oils it did smoke some, but smell was not overbearing and the next day there was no lingering odors. Very satisfied will purchase again.
