After spending a long time trying to figure out how to put the elastic on, I finally looked here on the website again and saw the picture which showed how to do it. It should have showed that in the box. However, once I got that on, I found that the tray part would not swivel, no matter what I did. It was fixed in the cross arm position, not parallel to the wrist. I am returning.Update: I friend looked at it and was able to make the 360 work. But it is very stiff. So I'm raising it to 4 stars.

I have a slightly bigger case on my S24+ phone so this isn't deep enough to hold my phone, so it just squeezes it in the middle which then slightly wrinkles the protective clear cover, distorting the screen. Since it only reaches the middle & not the front of my phone it means I'd need to really tighten the screw to be secure in the phone not popping out. I can't use it, but if I had a thinner phone & no screen protector I'd like how simple the design is. Just didn't work for me.

I have been delivering using my electric unicycles for 4 years and have tried over a dozen different wrist phone holders. This is the best design by far. The rubber strap on all the other brands break in 3 months with heavy use. Also the rubber bands always block my camera. This product last much longer than any banded one I have tried. It's also much faster to take your phone in and out. This one also doesn't block the cameras in any way. Best one I've used hands down.

I bought this holder because I work in the inventory verification industry and use a phone to input serial numbers. Sometimes I have to pick up with both hands to find the numbers. Having the phone strapped to my wrists to complete this task works good so far.

it works great even though it cuts off the circulation of my Rist from wrapping around it too tight.
