My Bindi does not seem to charge anymore...what am I doing wrong?

Make sure the button lock mode is not engaged. Hold the button down for more than 4 seconds and see if it comes on. Thought mine had stopped charging too as it would not turn on after a night on charge - only a quick series of red LED flashes and then nothing. No status LED and no white light. Holding button down for 4s until it turned on fixed it. It's in the manual but easily overlooked and can confound you if you don't use that feature routinely but somehow engaged it.

Can the cord be replaced with a longer one to wear it around the waist?

I’m looking at it and the cord is solidly fixed in the frame that holds the rotating assembly that holds the light, my answer is no. But there is always a way, thread this cord thru another cord around your waist? Cheers!
