Item as described.
These are exactly as described. I bought these to laser engrave for trophy plaques. They come with the screws and an adhesive backing. They are quite thin, but worked great for what I need. They do not laser engrave dark! They will laser engrave white. They appear to be brass coated tin. If you are going to laser these, please make sure you are in a well vented area, or have a fume extractor. It does put off quite an odor.

Easy to use
The perfect thickness for engraving on the cricut maker 3. They engrave easily and are very high quality for the price you pay. They were the perfect size for a plaque I'm making and the protective fill came off quickly and easily. Making for smooth and speedy transitions while working.

Thin Aluminum on stick double sided tape
Not what I expected. They are just anodized aluminum but they got here quick and they laser mark fine as far as aluminum goes. The gold plates come with sizer screws which is disappointing

The Screws...the Screws SUCK
Not bad for laser-engraving, they look nice enough once engraved, but jumpin' Jesus on a Pogo Stick, these screws are made from the cheapest Chinesium pot metal I've ever seen. They are complete garbage. I literally snapped two of them off screwing them into pre-drilled holes in PLA plastic, with barely any resistance. One snapped off being *unscrewed* from plastic. The metal almost looks like tin; I have no idea of its content, but I'm guessing it's just a mix of very cheap steel of varying grades; I'm guessing it has a high carbon content to make it so brittle. Also, the plates themselves appear to made of the same metal--thin and very bendable, with just a electroplated layer of brass a few molecules thick. Attempting to engrave these resulted in chunky silver-colored engravings.Meh, good enough; you get what you pay for.

Looks good
Got it in, lasered and got it mounted. Holding tight, no rust. Mounted onto a black stone flat top stored on a back porch.

Not engraving quality product.
These are not good for engraving. They are brass colored aluminum plates. They have a paper sticky back that makes them not same height across the product. So if you are on a cnc engraver they will over cut one side and barely scratch the other. Might be good for laser to burn off the brass coloring. Buying these to engrave they are going to be a waste of time.
