This is an excellent value for money item. It is well made and has exceptional performance, particularly in night mode, which is enabled automatically. The phone app that it connects to natively is easy to use both on and off your home network. All features are configurable, although some more advanced items like changing camera names and passwords take a little more navigation into the app's tools and settings. As well as its own app, I wanted to view this camera in some older no longer supported software that I had, so I contacted Septekon customer service. Their performance was outstanding. emails were replied to in minutes by a customer service agent who understood all of the technical questions I was asking, and was able to offer detailed replies that eventually got the camera integrated into my old software, alongside all of my old cameras. Truly, a pleasure and an impressive company. I am so pleased and I am about to order another four to replace more older cameras on my system.

Great camera set up was very easy for a pensioner 😂to do.The only thing is not enough lead needs to be longer.

I was impressed by how easy it was to set up this Septekon home security camera. Just follow the instructions—download the app, register an account, and scan the QR code with the camera. It only took a few minutes! The remote monitoring feature works perfectly. I can check in on my home anytime from my phone, even when I’m away. The image quality is sharp and clear, both day and night. The built-in microphone and speaker allow for two-way communication, which is great for talking to family members or even scaring off intruders if needed. Highly recommend for home security! Good price.

Great quality camera and easy to initially set up. The main problem I had was locating the SD card slot as the screws were hidden didn't realise where they were. I messaged support and they replied with 20 minutes with the answer. It is located within the wiring of the camera so you need to be careful when inserting the card. Other than that great camera for the money.

Setup was quick and straightforward, but what really impressed me is how easy and practical the mobile app is. The interface is user-friendly, and I can check live footage, get motion alerts, and even use the two-way audio all from my phone with no hassle. The image quality is great, especially at night, and it works well with Alexa too. A very reliable and convenient security camera for the price.

Poorly made , s brittle plastic , then got to sign up to sub , Avoid....

I ordered one of these cameras to replace one that has developed a fault on my CCTV system, the camera was easy to set up and connect to the NVR system but unfortunately after a few hours the app displayed a message saying that there was a firmware update available. After the update the camera wouldn't reconnect with the NVR again. Fortunately after i had registered with the app i had received an email from customer service to make sure that everything was ok and to welcome me. I replied to this email and explained the issue, i received a reply from a very helpful person who resolved the problem for me and explained what had happened. All of my emails were responded to within a few hours and the problem was dealt with very quickly. Thank you Miya. The picture quality of the camera is very good and is easily as good as the more expensive ones. The camera is connected to an ANNKE NVR and is working with the ONVIF protocol. I would happily recommend this camera and company and will be buying more of these cameras in the future when I need to replace the others.

Bewegungssensor über Tag an sich ganz ok,auch wenn er nicht jedesmal anspringt.sobald die Kamera in die nachtsicht geht,wird man im minutenlang benachrichtigt...weil diese auf jede kleinste Mücke reagiert.videolänge ohne dafür extra zu bezahlen ist Mi ihren 5 Sekunden meist echt blöd gemacht.im großen und ganzen für den Preis aber in Ordnung
