Just looking at the quality of every component its so easy to award a 5 star rating, this set would look so cool on a Custom Car rebuild or a Motorcycle. The only thing wrong is that they wont be seen when you close the Bonnet/Hood as they are too good to hide.Generously supplied with fittings and even coloured washers to drop over the terminals.Accessories such as these simply lift an engine bay to another level.Brilliant value for money product.

While this is a nice design it is rather awkward to position because there are so many connections. When I tried to position this on a battery I found there were only really two orientations which would fit and at least one connection was obscured in each position. The four screw terminals offer a lot of options for connections but putting four terminals on there meant that each terminal has to be much smaller than is ideal. They appear to be using M6 where I would like to see M8 posts which I could then fit an inline fuse onto. The fitting here is so cramped that inline fuses are not really an option.Recommended for low power applications

As my garage solar set up becomes a bit more complex, I find I need to attached more and more wires to the batteries. Up until now I have been using cheap clamps but they are cumbersome, clumsy and get in the way of each other. These quick release clamps are the perfect solution and allow me to easily connect and disconnect several leads to each terminal. They fit well onto both terminals although they arrive both in the same orientation and which isn't ideal for the battery type pictured. It’s an easy fix though; simple unscrew and remove the bolt and lever and slide it back in from the other side. Sorted. A good value solution that works.

A bit dangerous to wire everything straight to the battery rather than individually fusing things, but if you put inline fuses it's fine. The fact it's quick release on a generally 'set and forget' thing implies that this is meant for short term prototype use anyway, as generally once you've wired the battery in, you don't want to ever see it again!

As the title says these are ideal to add another connection to a traditional leisure battery with battery posts.I've added a solar panel connection and additional fused 12v supply for my awning fridge to my battery using these.
