I use these blocks and strap for every yoga class. The blocks are a good size, not too big, and very sturdy, the only thing I would say about foam blocks is that they can be damaged with indentations, the strap is good quality and long enough.

Strap is listed as 8ft but straps that came are 6ft. I wanted longer ones for the class I teach so had to order other ones separately. The blocks are pretty good and I get set of two without a strap much cheaper so have just kept them.
