Pivots in the middle for turns but only 2 rear wheels drive. Very fun to play with.
This Radio Controlled front-end loader is highly detailed at 1/20th scale. The item is made of a hard but forgiving orange/yellow plastic that should last a few falls from a shelf or table and still work, at least I assume that it would, I didn't have that happen yet, thankfully. It does pivot in the middle for turning while driving or when aligning the bucket up to pick something small up. The bucket and lifting arm are linked together and not independent. The tires are of good durable rubber and I am highly impressed, however only the rear wheels are powered. The bucket is durable but is only made of plastic. I am well pleased with this purchase.

Surprisingly good build
It takes a bit of finesse to actually scoop and move anything but it's possible. It would be nice if these remote controlled construction toys were more speed adjustable but I'm unsure as to how that might affect cost. I was pleasantly impressed with the fact that this loader has wheels made with rubber. This really enhances performance and makes it more appealing in terms of realistic features. I've had an awful lot of fun playing around and pretending like I'm running a gold recovery operation in a miniature dug pit in my yard. Lol, I'm just a big kid and it's kinda sad but also, a lot of innocent fun. I am absolutely delighted with my choice to order this product.

Strong Plastic and rubber wheels
At a glance, I thought the body might be metal like our tonka trucks, but it is a pretty heavy duty plastic which was nice enough that I wasn't too disappointed. I also love the nice rubber wheels! The roller is a slightly lighter weigh plastic, and the controls look lighter weight too, but overall, it's a solid well-built set!

Higher quality than expected. Don't expect to chase any pets...
The roller is finished to near scale model quality. The overall quality of the roller surprised me for the price. The remote isn't quite the same quality, but fully functional and useable (you do need to be careful with the rabbit ear antennas). It uses standard 14500 Li-ion cells with JST connectors that are readily available nowadays. Overall, it's a fun experience, even if it has the turning radius of a semi. What would really set this roller off would be a couple of vibrating motors and accompanying sound effects to mimic the real thing. Maybe a future product iteration?

3 yrs old grandsons love this
I have two, three year old grandsons who are both into construction toys at this point. I am lucky that where I live is mostly sand in the yard. This performed well in the sand and they paired it with other construction toys that I have. It was responded well with the remote and they were somewhat able to control it on their own. I liked it it helps improve their hand eye coordination using the remote. It's a good size and has held up quite well with both boys playing with it.I hope this review has been helpful.

Great little rc
Was skeptical about this rc loader. Got it for my sons 5th birthday , it's built well and takes a beating . Comes with 2 rechargeable batteries so the fun really doesn't stop. All in all I give it 5 stars for well functioning, detailed movement, ease of use and great value for the money
