We live in Phoenix, so staying hydrated is always a challenge, especially with a high school football player in the family. These hydration packets have been a huge help! They’re easy to toss into a water bottle, taste great (not too sweet), and make it simple for my son to stay on top of his hydration during practices and games.They’re super convenient for on the go—whether it’s sports, school, or just dealing with the Arizona heat. The value of this is off the charts, and when you're averaging an hour or 2 a day of intense training, electrolytes for recovery can add up. Secondly, the flavors are pretty solid. The Cherry Pom has been my favorite of the few I've tried so far.400mg of sodium per serving is higher than most of these mickey mouse imitation electrolyte mixes you'll see on Amazon and it also has an impressive breadth of other electrolytes and nutrients. The cheaper knock-offs might work for folks who are like going hiking or hanging out at the beach, but if you're actually doing serious endurance training (especially in the summer), this has been the best bang for my buck I've found. Aside from jumping to the big boys like LMNT where you're paying a premium for the brand, this is a great value.I also like getting them in a tub instead of individual little packages, because it's nice being able to do a scoop and a half or 2 scoops if I know I need it. Why did you pick this product vs others?:tastes great but unfortunately I didn’t notice it had B12 in it. I was looking for something with just minerals, not vitamins (like gaterade but healthier). I already take multivitamins and b12 can cause insomnia if taken in the afternoon especially.

I naturally have low salt due to medication. I often feel fatigued, have difficulty concentrating especially working long shifts as a staff nurse. I do drink 80-120oz of water a day. After realizing I was depleting my salt, I purchased these. I chose this brand as it has less sugar than other brands. I would dilute the package in a cup of warm/hot water, whisked with an fork and instantly felt more alert.These packets are the same size as other brand name single serve packages. The mixture wast tart if I didn’t add at least 8oz of warm water.Odorless. Expensive, but worth the health benefits for busy individuals. Easily dissolved in water.all flavors were good. I have purchased this several times since, pink being my favorite flavor.

Hydrate has helped me with my sciatic and neck issues. I drink water but not as much as I should, this product has made me drink more keeping my body hydrated and allowing my body to heal while taking my medication. It feel like I get an energy boost but not jitters and no crash. The no sugar is a surprise because it's so refreshing. Hope this helps someone looking for a product that works and if your stomach is sensitive like mine don't worry I didn't get those side effects

The issue I have is that it doesn't fully dissolve. I shook it a lot as I was drinking it, but still had some clumps left. The other thing is the taste. I thought it had a familiar taste and I realized it tastes just like Flintstone chewables.
