Havells 1200 mm FAN STEALTH AIR ES PEARL WHITE

I recently purchased this fan, and I am incredibly impressed with its performance. It was easy to set up right out of the box, and within minutes, I could feel the powerful airflow circulating through the room. The fan has multiple speed settings, which allow me to adjust the intensity based on my needs. Even at the highest setting, it operates quietly, making it perfect for both work and sleep.

When havells technician opened the box to start installation . We found scratch on the silver ring of the fan . The scratch is visible from the distance . Immediately I had called havells cc and as expected they said since the product is purchased from Amazon they can’t help . Meanwhile the technician started the installation . I called Amazon for the replacement and the agent accepted the request and confirmed the replacement date on 19th sep . I requested that since I am travelling on Thursday , Pl reschedule to which the agent said when the replacement persons calls for delivery that time you can reschedule. I had also asked since the fan is installed now so who will do uninstallation and agent confirmed the person who will be coming with the replacement will also do the uninstallation . I had also put delivery remarks mentioning not to come on 19th sep . Despite this delivery person called in 19th to come for the delivery and we had to ask him not to come as we were outside . To which he said there is only option to cancel the delivery and rescheduling is not possible . Today I had called again to the Amazon cc and the agent said since the product replacement is returned so now I can only get the refund against the return . To this I agreed and asked who will do the uninstallation. The agent replied they don’t have any process around this and they can’t help here . I have to get the uninstallation done by my self at my expenses and send the bill to Amazon . If deem fit amazon may pass the bill and pay me the amount for uninstallation . I rejected this offer since non of the technicians I know , carry bill books with gst etc .. for such small work . Also I had to call 3 times and repeat every thing to 3 different agents as previous 2 calls disconnected in the middle of the conversation . Amazon doesn’t have a Courtney to even call back .Lessons learnedDo not order any white goods from Amazon . Better to order from local shops where you can approach in case of issues . Her I have no option to pursue the matter in consumer court !.I had to suffer this agony and wasting of time for no fault of mine.

Good looking, almost silent, less noise, not looks like dust resistance

Fan comes with a exceeded expectations in terms of performance and price. It isnt silent but goes does by few decibels when compared to other fans. I bought around 7 fans from the company in wooden finish which i have concern that the wooden is faded and lost its shine rest is all assured.
