I bought this in hopes of easing his neck pain. And wow. I should've bought it sooner.The stitching is high quality, it's not gonna come apart on you. The design is perfect, just the right size for his neck and head, and it lets him just rest his head without setting off his neuropathy. He's stopped waking up in the middle of the night, his arms and hands aren't killing him when he wakes up in the morning. So he's actually seeing proper sleep and pain relief. The sides of the pillow give it versatility, giving him the ability to lay on his side if he needs to, also without pain.

The height is a little higher than I prefer, and it is firmer than I usually like, but to neck support is there. I’d like to see if the improvement is sustained with continuous use.

It is perfect!! No more balling up pillows to fit under my neck for support. I can lay on my back and my side. I will say that laying on my stomach did not work, but I’m not a stomach sleeper.
