Description
- Power On and Setup: To power on the device, open the back cover and insert a SIM card into the slot. The device will automatically power on. During the booting process, an indicator light will be on for 10 seconds. Once the indicator light turns off, close the back cover to start using the device
- Function Control via SMS: To turn off the sound control function, send an SMS with the content 0000 to the device. To turn on the sound control function, send an SMS with the content 1111 to the device, In case of an emergency, send an SMS with the content SOS to the device. Press the SOS button for three seconds after successful setup, and the device will directly call the preset emergency contact number. The indicator will flash to indicate the SOS activation
- LBS Positioning: For location- based services ( LBS ) positioning, send an SMS with the capital letters DW for China or GPS for abroad to the device. The device will respond with a message containing location information such as addresses, longitude and latitude coordinates, or a website link within a minute
- Standby Time: The standby time of the device varies based on usage. When using the sound control function, the standby time is 5 to 7 days. Without using the sound control function, the standby time extends to 12 to 15 days
