This thing is awful! It cannot trim the hair beneath my chin, and the places where it DID shave, it shaved too close - in fact, in many places, it left dozens of tiny cuts all over my face. It left behind an uneven, patchy shave, where some patches of skin were bare, and others were still hairy despite the device being used on them. My face really hurts after using this thing. I do not recommend anyone buy this thing, unless you're a masochist.Do not believe the positive reviews!

The media could not be loaded. This is awesome. Firstly i loved the black and gold colour scheme the packaging was 10/10 it also cane with a brush to clean , a charger and instruction manuel. The top can be remover and cleaned or switched out and it also has buttons to control the different speeds not to mention the shaving quality is excellent it took the hairs off in one swipe. I really wanted to like this razor, but it’s been a big letdown. I was hoping for a close, smooth shave, but it leaves patches and misses hairs, even on the highest setting. It actually causes more irritation than my old razor, pulling uncomfortably on my beard. The battery dies faster than expected, and the LED display already glitches. Overall, I regret buying this and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable shave

Does not remove facial hair well at all. Seemed to be pulling hair out of my elderly father's face as we used it.
