This was a great purchase!
This is a great tent. I have been putting this tent to use this year and I have had zero issues. I do not have any issues with the top bar getting it to click into place. Make sure you extend the top bar first or you will have issues because it’s harder to reach. This tent is super easy and fast to put up/take down. The room darkening is great on the tent because it blocks the heat of the sun and allows you to sleep a little longer if you want. The fly is very durable and is for sure water proof. You will have condensation buildup on the inside of the fly if using a heater but that is to be expected and it will not drip on you. I have had zero issues with the zipper. The tent is a perfect size for my wife and I with our two dogs. This is my go to tent when traveling because I know it’s not gonna let me down and it fits in any campsite.

Awesome High Quality Tent
This is surprising high quality. It is a little bit pricey, but I've had my eye on it for a while now. I ordered it from overseas right before the Tarif's hit and they never shipped it. Bought another one for 1/2 the price but again overseas and they never shipped and refunded my money like the first attempt. When I saw it here on amazon I had to get it. I am really pleased with the tent. It is extremely high quality. The setup is as expected with an instant tent. You unfold and an it is up. Super easy setup. I was pleased to see that all the legs locked into place with no effort at all. I have a few instant tents that you have to wrestle to get the last leg to lock into place. No issues with this tent. All the legs extended and locked without any effort on my part. The rain fly is seriously heavy-duty fabric. I think it might make the inside a little dark, but I've only set it up to be sure I had all the pieces and it wasn't damaged in shipping. The rain fly went extremely easy as well. It is heavy enough it stays in place while you shift and pull it over the tent. Was the easiest I have ever been able to get a rain fly on a tent by myself. I'm a 64 year old female and this thing is a breeze. The zippers to attach the screen room are heavy duty - nice quality zippers. Inside zippers are not the same heavy-duty zippers but I am sure they are adequate. I love that the rain fly has windows to let in the light. If it is not pouring down rain - you can open them and let the light in. As this was just a trial set up - I didn't open them all. Looking forward to taking this for a trip in the rain to see if it is as waterproof as others say. Lots of room inside for a queen bed and a table and chairs. Take down was just as easy as setup. It folded back just as small as when it came out of the bag. Because the rainfly is so large - it is a bit of a challenge to get it all back in the back. I started over and put the rain fly on the bottom first and then the tent on top to push the air out of the tarp. That worked and the tent, rainfly, and screen room are all back in the bag. Again I am super pleased with this purchase. This is a high quality tent that I expect to last for years. I'll update if I get some rain.

Great Quality 4 person Tent Floor base
Ordered the 4 person Floor base for use with the Nature Hike Village 4 person blackout tent and it is strong, sturdy and great quality, for the price point. The only reason I did not go with 5 stars is that the width extends beyond the tent width about 5-6" so it is a little wider than I would like, which could cause water pooling. I have not taken the combo base and tent out together yet in rain so cannot confirm if extra width is a big issue.

Fantastic tent after Naturehike quickly resolved initial issues.
Updates:I emailed Naturehike about my issues below to find they had also reached out to me through Amazon the same day in response to my original review. They were receptive of my feedback and very easy to work with me on getting a replacement rainfly. It arrived at my home in approx two weeks, much quicker than I expected shipping from China. I was able to set the tent up in my yard for about 8 days with significant rainfall several of those, and I am very happy to say that the new rainfly performed admirably, not a single drop of water in the tent any of the times I checked it during and after showers. Hopefully my issue was a rare occurrence, but I would still suggest testing the waterproof capabilities thoroughly before taking it out remotely. I also very much appreciate Naturehike's customer service handling things so well and taking care of the issue for me; they were much more responsive and helpful than some US camping gear companies I've had to contact for product issues in the past. With that said, I would very much recommend this tent, and I will likely purchase the larger family model in the future.Original Review:I really like the form, features, and size of this tent, but for smaller tent priced at $300+, I expected better. It did fine in dry weather but failed in rain showers. At this price point, rain should not be an issue unless you're in monsoon-like rain, especially with the listing promoting the tent being waterproof as a feature.I bought this tent primarily for my solo tent as a leader on boy scout campouts so I had room to stand and move without using my large family tents or one I'd have to crawl in and out of. I was able to set it up in my back yard a couple of weekends after it arrived mid-May. Set up is easy and quick, and there's lots of room inside for a 4-person tent, could very comfortably fit 3 people on travel camp mats or a couple with a queen air mattress. I can fit my oversized cot, gear tote, and my chair inside and still have room to change and get in/out easily. The poles seem pretty durable, had decent wind one day but not speeds the tent claims to be rated for. The blackout fabric the fly's made of did a decent job keeping early morning sun out but wasn't as effective at keeping it cooler like I've experienced with other dark room tents.Unfortunately I wasn't able to test the tent's rain resistance during those earlier setups, was forecast both times but blew over my area. I took the tent out for its first real use recently on a week long scout campout from July 6-July 11th. Things were great until we got rain the last couple days. The tent kept dry during light daytime sprinkle, but twice overnight we had significant showers, less than my other tents had held up to out of the box, and both nights the rain fly did not prevent water from leaking in. The inner mesh on the roof was soaked due to the fly's failure and dripping into the tent in a few spots. Thankfully I had my tote and was able to pack things back in quickly to prevent them getting wet or ruining my lamp, solar panel charger, or other electronics.
