I am very disappointed with this washing machine. I bought the Whirlpool 8 Kg 5 MAGIC CLEAN PRO expecting good wash quality, but it has been a poor experience.The biggest issue is that the heater function does not clean clothes properly. Even after washing with hot water, stains and discoloration remain on white shirts. There is hardly any noticeable improvement compared to a normal wash.Another major problem is the excessive noise. The machine is much louder than expected, especially during the wash and spin cycles.The vibration at the start of the cycle is extremely concerning. The machine shakes so violently that it literally moved from its original position. Even after ensuring it was placed on a level surface, the issue persisted.Overall, I regret buying this product. The cleaning performance, noise levels, and vibration make it difficult to recommend. I expected much better quality from Whirlpool.

Worst product & worst service
Never buy this product. With a month the products is faulty. I made complaint 3 times only third time they found the issue. Wachine machine while rotating drum high noise. 2 times not identified the issue & charged 200 rupees for in warrenty product. Even i compliant they have not taken action. After compliant. Technician speake rude mentioning warrenty will be void of i using stand i brought from Amazon. If need to use only stand provided by whirlpool need to used why they selling amazon first. No proper service provided by whirlpool. Never buy this product. Now I cannot use the machine until they replace breaker in the motor. Worst product & worst service.
