Dissatisfied and Disappointed
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the device's performance. When I was almost done curling my hair, the device suddenly malfunctioned, causing my hair to become stuck. Despite attempting to loosen it by pressing the buttons, my hair remained immovable, and I was forced to cut a substantial portion of it to free myself. The device stopped working after its first use, and now all the lights just keep blinking. I probably get the defective one. I hope they will refund me.
