This is another must for us especially during the winter months for cold and flu season. You need to start these at the very first sign of something coming on. They are homeopathic so they are NOT medication and work very well. We keep them on hand and hand them out to our family and friends to prove to them that they don't need the over the counter medications which make you drowsy. I am so glad I found these! I got the flu this week and I started them right away. Normally I feel like I've been hit by a bus (body aches, fever, can't work etc) when I get the flu -- not this time!
