These worked great for my son's cirkul! I can't speak as to if it helped keep the drink cooler as he doesn't like real cold drinks anyways. However, it gave his bottle some color and grip!

What happens is that the sleeve still gets wet and doesn't stay dry like they say in the advertisement. So it's the same whether you use it or not. you're going to wet your hand and where you have the bottle All you do is make the bottle look prettier and covered.
