Healthy quick and convenient
I rather enjoy it's subtle flavor, but to most it's quite bland, because Americans are used to so much artificial flavor.I recommend maybe a little soy sauce or sugar to make it sweet, if you feel the need to do so.

Taste not what I expected
This powder is a little hard to mix but that's OK. Hot water and some vigorous stirring and it will mostly dissolve.What's odd about this is that it does not taste like any corn soup I've had before. The other reviews say this is bland but I did not find that to be the case. It would depend on how much powder you use per ounce I suppose.The nature of the taste eluded me for a while. Unexpected, but somehow familiar. Then I realized, this tastes, somehow, like liquid popcorn. The aftertaste is just like the aroma of popcorn that was just cooked.I don't know if I'll acquire a taste for this but I'm going to give it a fair chance, and see if I can find anything to add to it to make it taste a bit more robust.
