Great product. I normally have to strip my coffee machine down to descale it. When it was blocking up last time I put this through the machine and it cleaned it out first time.Highly recommended.

Quick & Easy!
I recently used it for my Barista Sage coffee machine, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The descaling process was straightforward and effective. The step-by-step instructions made it easy to follow, and I appreciated how quickly I noticed an improvement in the taste of my coffee afterwards. The process also extended the lifespan of my machine, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend this for any Barista Sage owner looking to maintain their machine in top condition!

OK, but instructions annoying
I added the sachet to the water tank, then added clean, fresh water as recommended. Then I had to stand there for 5 minutes with a long spoon trying to get the powder to dissolve in the cold water. The machine then told me to dissolve the powder in warm water before adding it to the tank. After this it worked fine, but follow the machine's instructions. No idea why they thought their way was better, but it's very annoying.
