Easily one of the best purchases of the year.
Bought this because it was fairly cheap and I didn't need something big. It is incredibly quiet, super easy to use. I had used it for veggies, fruits, and meat; and they all turned out great. Meat dries faster than I thought, but more watery things like tomatoes will take at least a night and some. Its also fairly easy to clean.

For the price you can't beat it! I've only done one batch of apple chips and was impressed by how evenly it dried through. Didn't need to rotate trays either! Excited for some healthy snack and to try some beef jerky next!

Operation takes a fair amount of practice.
Does an okay job, but takes a great deal of testing and monitoring, so plan on practicing to have your fruits et al. come out right. Occasionally uneven drying. Seems a bit fragile.
