Is this groundwork paint pot shimmery when it goes on or is it matte? THANKS!

I use it everyday it has a matte finish and my eye shadow lasts all day with out creases

Should this be real dry when it arrives ?I bought 3 different shades and they are all very pasty and hard to get to spread on the eyelid ?

It shouldn’t be so dry that it’s hard. Use your finger to warm it up and it should slide on smoothly.

PRETTY GOOD!!!

i just purchase this product yesterday and i have to say that it is pretty good. It held up real nice on my skin and my make-up stayed on..but it did fade a little bit. But its cheaper at belk..i bought it for around 16 dollars.
