The computer I've been using for WiFi surveys isn't useful any longer because it can't run Windows 11, which means I can't use the 6 GHz band. So, I went shopping for a tablet and found this. It's used, but it's great! The unit is clean and newish-looking. The display is bright. The touchscreen is scratch-free. Windows 11 is ready to go; when you start the computer for the first time you will find yourself in the setup menu. I followed the instructions on Tom's Hardware for setting up Windows 11 with an offline account. That works flawlessly. The Toughbook comes with a power supply, battery and stylus. That's it. I set it up with a USB keyboard. When you need it, the touchscreen is very usable. There are some tricks to learn, like pressing long in a particular spot is equivalent to a right-click. I've only had the Toughbook for a short while, but it impressed me enough that I bought a used detachable Toughbook keyboard to go with it. That will make the Toughbook into a laptop when I need it and provides space for a second, hot-swappable.

Has anybody managed to get a SIM card working in it? How? Thanks. Otherwise it performs as expected.

Purchased refurbished but looking very new. Very happy with this product and would easily reccomend this !

Works great

Seemed to be a genuine Panasonic item and it worked fine for a few months, but there came a point in the Windows update cycle where this hardware would no longer receive updates, so my guess is this some upgraded Win 10 hardware originally that only partially meets the Win 11 hardware spec. This behavior of course wasn't described in the fine print anywhere, so buying this unit became a lesson in 'if it seems too good to be true, it probably is'. I won't make that mistake again.

No funciono. llego, pero no enciende. el articulo era reacondicionado. se trató de encender y estaba totalmente muerto, se puso a cargar y no dio señales de que se estuviera cargando. No sirve. y se ve todo sucio.
