Global 10 Piece Takashi Knife Block Set

Easy to use one of the sharpest items I’ve used in my close to nine months working in a kitchen. My kitchen manager recommended these to me and I bought them. (He has had his for almost ten years and loves them)

When Anthony Bourdain (may he rest in peace ...) recommended Global knives in KITCHEN CONFIDENTIAL, we bought a vegetable knife and a chef's knife. We paid a lot for them, but we've had them five years and can't imagine our kitchen without them. We use them exclusively, but now we have the full complement of Global knives and it's so great to use a paring knife rather than make the vegetable knife go through paces it wasn't meant to go through (although I got good at it!) These knives sharpen beautifully, as well. My husband and I cannot recommend Global knives highly enough.

Loves these knives they came in perfect condition and they are super sharp
