Plantex send used product i ordered so many products of plantex through Amazon but this product send used product i have no time so I fixed that product only iam too disappointed this type of cheap triks

Good product but acutal colour not same as shown
The lock is good and can be easily installed with the help of a carpenter. The only thing is the colour which is shown in the ad is different from actual product colour. In the ad, golden is shown where as the actual colour I received was dull brass with small black brushing.

Poor material
I bought 4 locks and all of them has an issue related to lock handle and spring. I suggest people to buy branded product and not this please. It’s a waste of labor and time.

Overpriced and quality is not upto the expectation. Better go for establish brand Godrej whenever looks comes in mind. In product description mostly false claim also process of warranty not clear.
