Easy to install, make sure to check bit size with screw size before drilling, the recommended drill bit size is larger than needed. Drilling into ceramic was tough but not product related. Working well so far.

I bought this Toto TSU03W.14R Rough-In to install a 12 inch rough-in, one-piece toilet to a 14 inch rough-in floor connection. Perfect fit! Easy to install; works flawlessly. Allowed me to keep toilet tight against the back wall. IMPORTANT: Not compatible with all Toto models, be sure to consult product specifications. I recommend this product.

Worked perfectly to move my toilet back a couple of inches. Replaced old 2 piece with a new Toto 1 piece. Now the toilet is pretty much against the wall whereas before it was about 4 inches away from the wall.

It does what it's supposed to do for the correct matching toilet model. Do your homework to make sure it works with your toilet. Mine was a Toto Soiree (964). Works great.

My home has a 14 inch rough-in and this is the fix I needed. This only works with certain Toto toilets so make sure the one you're buying is compatible. It's fairly sturdy plastic and easy to install once you have it figured out. If mounting to a wood floor I think the supplied hardware should work but if mounting into concrete don't waste your time with the anchors they send. My concrete is not perfectly level and the anchors pulled out after installing the bowl letting it rock. A trip to the local big box for some good anchors and some shims fixed the problem but it doubled the work.
