Overall I love this soap. A little drying nothing a little lotion couldn’t fix. Lathers well, cleans skin and gets rid of odors. This product is a bit pricey for the size.

When your adult child who has no filter and tells you that you are starting to smell like an old person - you gotta do something, am I right?! I looked it up and sure enough it is a real thing - as you age your body is going through many changes - some good some not so good, and now us older people have to worry about smelling like our grandparents. I always thought it was the house, not them - guess I was wrong! Anyways, got me this bar of soap after researching - it was a "depression buy". It delivered fast and I was all too anxious and tired of smelling old so I jumped in the shower and lathered it up. It has a wonderful lather. I am not too fond of the smell but hey - better than smelling old, right? And better then smelling like a baby smothered in powder at my age. I wish I could describe the scent - it smells faintly of apricots. Maybe that is why I am not too keen on the fragrance. It's not bad - I just prefer a variety of fragrances based usually on seasons or mood.Well, my mood is I dont want to smell old! My kid without a filter has not reiterated the accusation of me smelling old and yes, I did ask her. She indicated that she had forgotten she even said anything and no longer detected "that odor". To clarify - this is not an odor of BO, this is a legit breakdown of your body chemistry as you reach a certain age group.Kids - dont tell your parents or grandparents they smell old! Get them one or two of these lovely bars of soap and rave at how well they refresh and moisturize the skin and will bring back a youthful glow. Your parents/grandparents will be better off for it. :)

just love this product. I also have the bottle with liquid soap. I prefer the soap. Lasts 4 months, showering daily.

Not worth the money. I found another persimmon soap that's less than half this price that smells better and lasts longer. This soap is unscented. It does eliminate odor. However, it is small and runs out too quickly for the price. I prefer a soap that smells nice.

So far so good! At least no one has told me differently. I’ll be purchasing more in the future.

I bought this on a whim because my skin was so dry and sensitive. I wasn’t particularly concerned with odor because I bath everyday. I was pleasantly surprised. It feels gentle and cleanses well and made me smell so good without any heavy, artificial scent. My skin is soft, smooth, moist and smells great all over (all over…!) even 24 hours later and beyond. Great soap, and it makes a great little gift. Customer for life. It’s a wonderful product!
