It really works.
I've experienced several neck comforters, but this is the first one that keeps your head upright consistently. All companies that make these kinds of devices say they work, but this is the only one I've tried that lives up to its promises.

No carry pouch. Item does not close properly. No easy way of using it or attaching to luggage. Waste of money
