This protein powder is great! Tastes so good and is good for you.
I never eat breakfast because i jist cant bother to, so i decided to have a protein shake with oatmilk in the mornings, because breakfast is important. So i got this protien powder because it had a lot of good reviews, and i have to say it lived to the hype. The flavor is amazing, it tastes sooo good but doesnt have unhealthy ingredients. It reminds me of ovaltene. I drink it every morning now and i love it. It blends super easy in my shaker cup. I just cant get over how good this tastes.

Protein.... yes! Calories and sugar... minimal. Taste great in water, yummy in milk.
Mixes easy and thoroughly. Tastes great for a powder at such a low calorie count. For me it's been the go to protein supplement. Easiest way to boost protein intake and keep calorie intake low

Great Protein Powder. Tastes Good and Easy to Digest
I’ve been using this protein powder for a few weeks and I’m really happy with it. The taste is great, not too sweet, and it mixes easily with water or plant-based milk. I usually take it after workouts or as a quick breakfast, and it keeps me full for hours. It doesn’t cause any bloating or stomach discomfort like some other brands I’ve tried. The ingredients are clean and the nutritional profile is excellent. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable, good-tasting protein powder.

Good quality protein powder with nice flavor
Optimum's Whey Protein is a very good choice for a chocolate protein powder.I tend to use this powder in two forms. I blend it with milk and a banana for a protein shake, and I mix it into yogurt for a protein bowl. It's super easy to measure and scoop using the included scooping device. When using a blender, it is relatively easy to mix the protein powder into a shake. When mixing by hand, you will find it is challenging to break apart some of the clumps and keep the powder from sticking to the bowl or coming out of the bowl and making a mess. With that said, I don't think this is a problem exclusive to this brand, it is simply a fact of life with many protein powders. The taste is good, it is a good source of protein, the price is right, and it does the job.

My favorite 🤩
The media could not be loaded. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey is my favorite protein powder, and I’ve tried a lot over the years. It mixes smoothly without clumping, whether I use water, milk, or blend it into a smoothie. The taste is great, not overly sweet, and it’s easy to drink every day. I like that it provides high-quality protein with minimal sugar and fats, making it perfect for post-workout recovery or as a quick meal replacement. It’s been consistent in quality every time I’ve bought it, and it helps me easily hit my daily protein goals.

Double Rich vs. Extreme Milk Chocolate - my impressions
There are occasional differences of opinion. I find that Double Rich Chocolate, mixed in a shaker with milk, tastes exactly like the kind of chocolate you find in a hot chocolate drink. (I've never tried it without mixing with milk.) I really like it. But, I don't expect a hot chocolate to taste anything like a chocolate bar - it's not like dark chocolate or milk chocolate. So if you like hot chocolate, you're likely to enjoy Double Rich Chocolate.I eventually also tried Extreme Milk Chocolate, and it seems to me it has a similar cocoa base, but with several added ingredients. For me, these seem to almost layer on top and leave an aftertaste. Doesn't taste a lot like milk chocolate to me. I don't love it, but will at least be able to finish the container so it won't go to waste.I'm curious about all the flavors - it's almost like I want to try every single one to see if there is one I love more than all the rest. But since this is not cheap, that would honestly be a waste of time and money, since I already find that I fully enjoy the taste of Double Rich Chocolate. The lesson is, if you find one you truly like, just stick with it. If it's even a little bit unpalatable, then it's reasonable to search for other flavors.I wish there was a sample pack of all the flavors, with maybe a couple of servings of each flavor. Alas, I haven't heard of one.
