My husband and I swear by this type of patch (not necessarily this brand, but it’s a good one too). We’ve worn them on extended vacations where we drank basically all day everyday, and we never had a hangover (even after I was embarrassingly wasted).

I don’t write too many reviews but I have to write this one. These ABSOLUTELY WORK! In my 20s and even 30s, my hangovers were never too bad. I would feel crappy and sometimes throw up, but I usually had to drink a lot. However, as I aged into my 40s, the nausea I would get from drinking was horrible every time I drank. I threw up almost every single time I had a night out. And would be so nauseous the whole next day. I’ve tried electrolyte drinks, ‘hangover’ pills, Nauzene, tried anything labeled with any indication that it would help with hangovers and nothing worked. I then found these patches and of course I had to try them. The first time I used them I was on vacation and was drinking about 2-3 drinks a night. I woke up the next morning after wearing a patch and I had absolutely no nausea! I thought maybe because I wasn’t drinking as much as I usually do, so I still had to try them out more. The first hard core drinking night I had with the patch…I still woke up with no nausea, no throwing up! I still felt like crap, but not being sick to my stomach was a game changer. I now have been using the patches for almost 2 years every time I drink and I’ve maybe thrown up from drinking twice in 2 years! These patches are so effective, I always have them with me when I know I’m going to be drinking. They stay on while swimming, hot tubbing, etc. I put mine on my lower back and it stays put pretty good. You have to make sure to apply before drinking and keep it on during the night. If it happens to fall off during the night, I find myself not feeling as well. If you’re looking for help with your hangovers, get these!!!!

These are amazing. After two kids hangovers are not an option. I put one of these on the morning before I have a few beverages at night. Take it off the next morning. Works very well.

These patches are surprisingly effective. I applied one before a night out and woke up feeling great — no painful hangover and no grogginess. They’re easy to use and don’t leave any residue. Just remember to put them on prior to drinking for the best effect! Only docking a star because I wish the pack came with more patches for the price. Overall good value.

Purchased these several times. Did not think they would work. But, they are a life saver. I would have 1 glass of wine and have the worst hangover over. Then used these, now I can enjoy at least a few glasses during those special occasions and not feel like "Sheesh" the next day. Gave to friends who drink more and they swear by them. It's a must try.

I've done the hangover drinks and pills, but I didn't know about the patches.For comparison for those that have used it all-I mostly take the pills over the drinks because they travel better, and the pills seem to work just as much for me as the drinks do. These patches work for me *almost* as well as the other ones.When I say almost, I only (at worst) have a headache the day after really have drinking. Which, heavy drinking is all my group knows how to do. The other items work the same for them, too. Our group also all used the patches several times, and partied on as usual. A couple of us did notice some nausea the next day, which we never got with the other stuff. However, it's the one or two of us that have sensitive stomachs.The price of the patches compared to the other methods is significantly lower. So, I actually will order these and risk a little bit of nausea because things can still be much worse if you don't use one at all. I find it a fair tradeoff for the price, because I'm just happy that I don't wake up puking everywhere. Some nausea is fine with me.The longevity of the actualy patch seems to be good. I partied all night, slept and woke up and it was on. It's been a toss up when swimming or showering, but at the price I just slap another one on.I didn't experience any skin irritation from the patches, and no one else in my group complained about anything. So, I'm assuming it's probably fine for most skin.

I was extremely skeptical of a hangover patch, but we were going on a cruise and I didn't want to be hungover every morning.To my surprise, we woke up 6 days in a row feeling amazing, at least considering how much we had to drink the day before.The only negative thing I can say about this product is that my wife had a slight reaction when wearing them. Her face and arms became red, blotchy and warm to the touch. I however had zero issues, and I continue to use them on evenings I know I will be drinking.
