Maxons Bonfire Toffee Jar 2.27 Kg

Pleased with the item descent toffee would have liked it to have a more punchy flavour but descent bonfire toffee.

Some years ago whilst holidaying in Oxfordshire I bought some treacle tablet boiled sweets from a garden centre.They were delicious but when I went back the next year there were no longer for sale.Imagine my delight when I came across these little beauties,they tasted the same.Delicious!

These are boiled sweets, not Toffee. It clearly says Bonfire Toffee on the label, then in small letters it says boiled candy. Very disappointing 😕 Obviously if I'd have known they were boiled sweets I would not have purchased then.

Good value for money as you can use the jars again so recycle them for over uses. Or if you buy the bags to refill your jar

Lovely old fashioned style hard bonfire toffee, although it isn't really a toffee toffee..... it is actually a hard boiled sweet.I had been looking for these for years after remember having them about 30 years previously.I wasn't disappointed, they are lovely and just as I remembered them.Perfect

Taste lovely hope you can get these all year and not just bonfire week

This is completely misleading 'Maxons Bonfire Toffee Jar 2.27 Kg ' IT IS NOT TOFFEE. Its a disgrace that so many people are allowed to falsley advertise things that are either blatent false advertising or fakes on amazon now.They are boiled sweets - don't go reading reviews elsewhere that may mislead you. THESE ARE BOILED SWEETS. They taste vaguley of bonfire toffee but otherwise i have a jar filled with crap. They do not 'eventually melt into bonfire toffee you love' as i read in another review for what these guys make. THEY ARE BOILED SWEETS.First time i bought a jar of sweets, will definatley be the last time.
