Really bad Quality Control. Don’t waste your time on Bits and Pieces!
Bought one of these 3000 piece puzzles. The quality was good but there was a piece missing.Bought another on the assumption the piece could be taken from the second setBUT.. that puzzle had the same piece missing !!!!Really poor quality control.Won’t buy from them again !

Very good puzzle
I received it quickly and to be honest I was wondering what I was going to get for what I paid since the 1500+ puzzles are usually more expensive. Well I must say the pieces are thick enough and the quality is there too.I didn't finish it yet since it's big and quite hard but please find pictures of a few pieces to see for yourself.

Gorgeous Image
I mounted this on white canvas that was a wee bit larger, and then painted the white black. it was puzzle glued on and is holding up nicely and adds beauty to my african themed livingroom. Great quality and image, really happy with it

Poor Quality
We received this puzzle in a badly damaged box. Once completed it was found to have some pieces missing but worse than that was the fact the centre of the puzzle from top to bottom didn't line up. There was a step of a couple of millimetres the entire height of the puzzle. If this is an example of a Bits and Pieces puzzle then I would recommend that everybody gives them a miss.

Challenging yet rewarding beautiful puzzle that did not have any missing pieces
Id say I'm an avid puzzler. Ill usually do a few every so many years. This was the largest one I have done yet and it was quite a challenge. The coloring on the individual pieces are sort of washed out, so comparing it to the box was not as helpful because the picture on the box was much darker in contrast. Also, every piece looks the same! The coloring of the puzzle throughout is very neutral. So, there were parts I swore belonged to the lions, yet in reality, they belonged to the giraffe. Also, there were points we swore pieces were definitely missing, yet, they turned up by the end. A couple times, some of the pieces stuck to my arm by accident, and fell off onto the floor. I found a piece by the refrigerator (lol). Luckily my dog didn't devour it. The point I am trying to make is, I was one of those people who swore pieces were missing from the factory, yet by the end no pieces were missing. Im not saying that is the case for everyone, but I notice someone reviews saying they had pieces missing, including a reviewer mentioning they have an entire row of pieces missing, however, if you look closely at their picture they posted they do not have any pieces. They just dont have them connected properly.**FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT LEGIT DID END UP WITH A PIECE MISSING FROM FACTORY...I contacted the company directly (when I thought I was missing a piece) and they WILL NOT send out specific pieces. Their best solution was not a solution at all. They told me to send back my current puzzle and order a new one. LIKE HELL! My mother and I spent 3 months working on it and there was no way we were starting over from the beginning for 2 missing pieces. So beware if you do have a piece missing. In the end I winded up framing them and hanging them on our wall and they look great. It was nice that me and my mom worked on it together, so I wanted them to be displayed to remind us how hard we worked on it.I recommend this puzzle. :)
