So my parents had a vibration plate and while I was visiting them on holiday I had so much fun "playing" with it. However while I usually come back from my parents a little bit heaver (what can I say mom's food is divine) I was surprised when I hit weighed myself and I hadn't gained any weight. I also don't go to the gym much when I'm at my parents but when I did my monthly body scan at my gym I hadn't lost any muscle mass either so I became mega converted and decided I needed one in pink. And I love it. For starters I can't put together anything so I was grateful it came fully put together. It also is so easy to use I can move it anywhere in the room to get the best view of the T.V. and then I can hide it under my bed after. But the stuff that doesn't matter to anyone. I love the vibration options it has a couple of preset options you can chose but personally I like to put it as high as I can while keeping my balance and doing my workout. It has helped my workouts be so much more efficient and I love it. I also would like to add that my dad bought it for his ruined fascia and it has helped him immensely with both pain relief and improved motion in his ankles.

My husband loves this i bought it for his hip pain. He has an uneven hip. He says it helps tremendously. It has so many different speeds. It's very versatile to help get to where ever the pain is located. He definitely said he could feel improvement in his hip and leg not hurting. He also was telling me how his side felt loose and not so stiff. Definitely a great machine my husband is heavy set and it held him nicely. His feet stayed firm and planted the entire time. This was a great investment and Christmas present for sure.

I have have extreme restless legs for years now, but from the very first day I started using this machine my legs have been great! No more waking up because my legs are out of control, just for that this machine is Amazing for me. I have had it for about 2 months and have Not missed a day. Aside from that I had had a bad fall over a year ago and had some bruising on my legs that would not go away. Well after a few weeks of using this machine they are Gone. I just can't believe how great this machine has been to me. Highly recommend!!! It really deserves a million stars. Thank you!!!!
