Great, but not sure if believe the claims
Turmeric supplements are great (anecdotally; the science is mixed). This brand claims that they’ve created a concentrated curcumin extract so you only need to take 1 pill instead of 3 like other brands. This also saves money. But I’m not sure I believe these claims.

I like this item because you don't have to take as many pills to get the benefits. It's helping my hip. Also, it's easy to swallow. And this bottle lasts much longer than others that you have to take 3 pills at a time.
