Wow. I’m usually skeptical of stuff like this but , I normally come home from music rehearsal pretty wired up and have a hard time calming my mind for sleep . So I had a few pieces of this gum along with my calming herbal tea and it really did the trick . It Also doesn’t upset my stomach like other sugar free mint flavored gum often does .

I had high hopes but it was too good to be true. This gum didn’t work for me. I’ve suffered from anxiety all my life and cannot seem to find something that truly works. Sorry I’ll pass in buying this again.

I did like the Focus gum for flavor and chewing experience, however, I really want the Relax gum. Unfortunately, I have ordered the Relax product twice and received the Focus product. I called Amazon but there isn't anything they can do to ensure that I receive the correct product. But I did like the Focus gum and am hoping to try the Relax gum.

I liked it and I gave a couple of packs out to others to try. it’s a calming effect allows you to drift to sleep or decrease stressors. 60 pieces

I enjoy this gum. I have to tell my teens not chew all my gum.
