I actually buy off their site but figured id leave a review here. The apple pie flavor is delicious. I love that it mixes so well with just water in a shaker bottle. I highly recommend trying it.

You feel fantastic if you do the three steps, but for financial reasons from being older, I do just the shakes-half a packet. It still keeps me very regular due to the probiotics, and I have more energy when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm hooked!

It mixed fairly well. The taste was pretty good. I was looking for something with more vitamins so I was a tad disappointed
