Very hard
I'm completely okay with this couch being a little smaller than I was anticipating, but it is very hard. It might not even be so bad being so hard but it's also very shallow to sit on so you sit up really high and need to have a good size pillow at the end because the arms are down pretty low compared to how up high you sit on the couch.

Incomplete, inaccurate reviews
I only received one box. It's missing half of the couch and the cushion is not soft. I can feel the hard wood surface as soon as I sit. The reviews below are completely misleading. I want a full refund.

It’s a kids couch
Don’t waste your money. The couch is hard as a rock not comfortable it’s also very small in size it’s a toddler couch at best do not recommend
