I bought these for my 81 year old mother. We have bought more than one brand of the $4000 ones… the $500 ones… and nothing but trouble. She still could not hear everything. I said what the heck and purchased these lower priced ones because of the good reviews they had. They were so easy to use. I found the right size earplugs, then helped her adjust the volume and then she started crying. She could finally hear my voice clearly. She even had to lower her voice because she finally heard herself clearly too! What an emotional moment this was. Thank you, thank you! I will definitely talk about these hearing aids and recommend them! And wow! Now her tv volume is not crazy loud anymore too! Had to mention this. What a problem this has been in the house. I just put them in yesterday but was really happy with them. I could hear everything without turning the volume up all the way and they fit well with my glasses. I actually started to go to bed with them in my ears, had forgotten about wearing them.

I have a pair of 4000 dollar hearing aids and these work as a great fill in for times when I need repairs.The sound is near identical and it gets rid of my tinnitus.Thanks for a great product.Easy to recharge and fit like more expensive models.

Nowadays I think all hearing aids should be bluetooth-enabled so one can use them with TVs and Cellphones, etc. This one does not have Bluetooth technology though so it is only used as a backup for my mom in case her main bluetooth-enabled hearing aids are not available (not charged, etc). The ability of the case to charge the hearing aid is a nice add-on though.
