Package good, easy to assembly, powerful enough for smooth surfaces. Not really an off road path bike. Great for small adult or kid. Purchased to use in RV parks with pavement and excellent for that usage.

to start things off, im a big guy. (5 foot 11 at 255 pounds). I didnt expect the bike to be a perfect fit at all, and I was correct. I absolutely had to purchase a larger seat, as the included seat shouldn't be offered with this type of bike, a slightly larger one should be included for a commute bike.IF YOU LIVE IN AN AREA WITH HILLS: get another bike. This will get the job done, but you will have to pedal on hills a good bit (even those with a light to moderate incline). The lower wattage motor in combination with the lower voltage battery do not offer a lot of "pushing power" to get you up hills.I also have noticed the seat slides down continually during use, likely due to constantly going over uneven pavement. I will likely make a modification to the bike to prevent the seat from sliding down.I also had to purchase new pedals so I could add clips to use. The small, compact style of this bike requires you to pedal hard in some situations, and there is a fine point where your feet will simply come up off the pedals. Adding clips fixed this, however the included pedals were not compatibile.Overall: the bike is great for the low price, and it gets the job done. However if I could go back, I would likely spend a little more for one with a more powerful motor. It will pay for itself if you are in an area with hills or continually stoping and going.

Don't waste your money on this item. Tire continues to get flats and company would offered to take it back at your expense. Very satisfied with this purchase wished I could get my money back because it was not cheap and now it just takes space in my house. Haven't been able to use it. Not reliable. Rides ok stable and sturdiness.

Got 3 of them for camping. Battery last forever, great speed and acceleration. Not super good on steep hills. Very fun and super portable. Bike seat is not comfy

The media could not be loaded. I love this bike! Easy to assemble, has a little weight to it, easy to ride with a top speed around18 -19mh. Great for the family, I bought another one to ride with my wife. Teenage kids love it as well and want their own. I added a turn signal under the seat with some led lights for the tires and bike mirrors. You can definitely bling this bike out!I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for something fun to do outside.Update 2025 - Both bikes are still running strong. No major issues. I had to replace a tube and the bike shop used a thicker tube. No issues since. This was a great buy and surpassed my expectations! Highly recommended!
