Great quality baking powder! I like the size and also appreciate the fact that it doesn't contain aluminum (which sounds crazy, right?). But yeah, it's really nice quality baking powder. The baked goods turned out fantastic. Bread rose well!

No aluminum!
I cannot believe how hard it is to find aluminum free baking powered. I used to buy Rumfords Aluminum free but can hardly find it anymore. This was the best price and quality on Amazon. Which is usually expected with Bobs Red Mill products. I like to put my baking supplies into glass jars and this filled a pint perfectly. So far it works as expected on recipes.

GF baking powder
Good amount of product. It is not baking soda but baking powder so not sure why I’m being asked to rank soda. Safer than normal baking powder and great for baking.

Very pleased
I make sourdough baked goods of all types and I have been pleased with how my cookies are turning out. Ive ordered these twice now as well as for my kids to bake with and we are all happy with the product. Liking it even more that its made with quality and healthy ingredients.
