Main Access Easy Incline White Pool Deck Ladder for 48 to 54 Inch Above Ground Pools

This pool ladder is great. It the height is perfect for my 48"deeep pool. It nice and easy to set up. The steps are strong enough for plus size people. the steps are nice and wide and sturdy. I would recommend.

This is really a great ladder, HOWEVER, you have to take additional steps to secure it to the pool wall and to weight it down to stop it from floating. This is the second time I have purchased this ladder. To be honest, the first one failed and broke off at where the hand rails connect to the ladder. The reason is because it definitely does float and pull away from the pool wall!!! This pulling away from the pool wall caused it to eventually cause a stress fracture on both sides where the hand rails fit into the actual ladder. The plastic ladder ended up breaking completely on both sides. Why would I buy a second one??? Well, I take blame for the first failure. I did not put any paving stone bricks in the bottom of the ladder and I only loosely secured it to the pool wall causing the stress fracture. Although, I do think it should be sold pre-weighted to avoid it from floating and pulling away from the wall. This second ladder, I went all out and put four paving stones in the bottom step and 2 paving stones in the second from the bottom step (would only fit in middle two slots on this step). I used a waterproof marine type glue to secure these paving stones (BTW - regular bricks will not fit, get short height ones typically used on deck patios). In addition, I used a short bungee cord on each side of the hand rails to VERY securely hold the ladder up against the side of the pool. The difference has made it much more secure and there will be no chance of a repeat of a stress fracture. I highly recommend and short it one star only because it could be pre-weighted to eliminate the floating/pulling away from pool wall.

We received the ladder and took it out of the box to check it out. For us, it is too early for pool season. This has all you need. The deck flanges are included. I did not see that in the description and ordered two. It seems to be very study, molded plastic steps, and the arms-handrails-are made of aluminum. We will have to drill holes into the ladder part to secure the arms once we are ready to put it in the pool. All that hardware is included as well. I believe this will be very easy to put together with such few parts. This looks so much more comfortable and stable to use than the one I have for my pool and will be so much easier to take out for the winter months. No more crawling under my deck to loosen the screws to attach my ladder to the deck

I had no idea I could get such a wonderful set of steps for this price. I have an above ground pool that is next to my deck so these stairs worked perfectly and as a woman of "size" I could use them with ease and I have a pool partner who has MS and even she can use them with no help. AM VERY HAPPY.

The handle was bent in 2 places. One being the end that goes in the ladder and didn't fit. Had to use the onefrom my old ladder.

Attached to my new wooden steps and they are perfect for my 48 inch above ground pool!

We have a new above ground pool and this ladder does not even reach the bottom of the pool. Also, the anchors that attach to the deck are plastic. The first day after installing the ladder with adults and kids going in and out of the pool they are literally splitting. Plus when the ladder arrived, it had dents in it. I’m not happy with this item at all.
