I really love this essential oil diffuser. It has a simple, elegant design that looks great in any room. It works good. I like it. I wish it was a little bigger but it's simple and easy to use. I have it for my classroom. I could smell it around the room. Mist comes out powerful.

***UPDATE 3*** - upgraded to 4 stars - the replacement has been working great and it appears the first one I had was a dud. I continued to try to get it to work properly, but it just would not work for more than a few minutes. But the replacement has been working great and there are no problems with it. The only reason why I don't increase it to 5 stars was the first one I got was defective, and it took about a month to get it replaced and a working one. But the one I did receive works just fine, and I am happy with the product otherwise. ***UPDATE 2*** - upgraded to 3 stars - The company did contact me and apologize for the delay in addressing my concern (almost a month). I must say that the company was very polite and offered me a free replacement. I received the replacement almost immediately. It has been working for the last few days as directed. My last one worked for a week before it stopped working, so I will report back if it stops working or in 2-3 weeks if it has continued to work properly. If it continues to work, I'll give it 4 stars--if it fails, back to 1 star! But so far, so good! ***UPDATE 1*** - 1 star - Since writing this review, I have not been contacted by a company representative. On 12/14/15 I e-mailed [email protected] (per the card in the box with the diffuser that lists this as the address) that I had a defective unit and I was seeking a replacement. To date, I have NOT heard anything from the company via e-mail. The unit still works sometimes all night, but more often it shuts down prematurely (sometimes quickly too!). I have tried a bunch of things like washing it with mild detergent, brushing it clean with a dry paintbrush, and drying it upside down. The unit still will not consistently stay on.*** ***ORIGINAL POST*** - 1 star - I loved this! I had it for about a week and used it non-stop the first few days I got it, then I used it every night while I slept with lavender. It was amazing... however, I noticed last night that it turned off in the middle of the night and there was still about halfway full of water (usually it lasts right to the morning and then shuts off with a little water left). I turned it back on and it turned off in about 5 minutes. I turned it back on and it again turned off in about 5 minutes. I then poured all the water (and the new oil I put in it!!!) all out, flushed it with lukewarm water, then dried it with a paper towel. I turned it back on and it again only lasted about 5-10 minutes. I am obviously disappointed but I will contact the company in a couple of days if it does not start working again or if I do not hear from the company first.

A nice little unit. Works. Made of plastic, simple, but works as it should. I'm satisfied.

Compact, helpful intermittent cycle, nice to look at, works well, easy to operate, perfect size for an office or small-to-medium room.

I ordered one for my mother in laws office. She loves it. I have one for my bedroom as well. I love the 2 on settings. I use the pulse setting. It last all day. Great for gifting, easy to clean, and I love the water capacity also. Most of all the color changing.

I've had one of these for years, use it daily, and I love it. I bought this second one a little over a month ago and, a week outside the return window, it stopped working. I'm ordering another one hoping for the best. When it's good, it's really, really good.

Didn’t realise this item was being imported from overseas. Which explains the foreign plug. Purchasing uk I assumed, perhaps naively that it would come with a uk plug, apparently not!

Great product. I replaced joss sticks with this. No burning, no smoke no pollution .

I'm actually really impressed by this little defuser. My son has now claimed it as his and he uses it for his night light. Once he's asleep I do turn it off fully. But he loves how the lights change colors and he can easily stop it at any color he wants. He usually chooses the aqua blue, when the blue starts turning to green. It's so pretty and gives a really nice glow to a dark room. The amount of mist can either be on all the time or turn on and off every 30 seconds. I currently have a lavender essential oil in it, I filled the water up with about 2 drops of oil and after 2 weeks of it being used every night the water hasn't even gone to half yet. I'm very surprised at how quite it is and how nice the room smells when I go to turn it off. The plastic casing is sturdy and I do feel it will last a long time with regular use. I did receive this product for a review and honestly for the price I would highly recommend it. I did receive the shipment quickly and it works perfectly.
