An unreliable product to buy; waste of money
. After only one month of use - First of all the vision on the watch began to fail; the lines & marks on the watch face gradually diminished. This was not cause by any maltreatment by the wearer, a responsible adult. The watch was kept charged, so this wasn't the problem either. After a few days of being unable to see much on the watch face, the watch totally closed down, didn't record anything on the phone app. Apparently, it died! What good is this? ...... & how awful to to give a gift that fails. I would also add that no options were given as to the watch strap - only one size & this was not good for the owner, a man with a large wrist; it did fasten but only just & slightly tight. I am now monitoring the performance of the second watch that I purchased. This has only been in use one week now. I will claim a refund if this one fails. Very annoying.

Only worked for a month.
The sleep information is excellent and my main use of the watch. The stepper thinks you are walking when travelling by car or on my mobility scooter. Unfortunately it is no longer usable because the charger has failed. There is not a photo of the charger so I did not know what to expect and a close inspection now reveals that it was dispatched with the back missing, and I am unable to contact the seller because I am told it is over 30 days.

Step counter useless
The step counter is useless, I just walked from my bedroom to the garage put the dustbin out went indoors and it shows 288 steps, all the other stuff works but I doubt whether it's accurate, but it looks nice as a watch, and the message reminder from your phone is good, but I think I will pay more and get a more accurate watch!! Update, walked out of my house in Kent drove to London the step counter is showing 9880 hmmm

Very happy with the product, but I don't think it's waterproof
I was very happy with it during my first week, then I had a shower in it (as it says it is waterproof) and then stopped working. I placed it into a cup of rice for 2 weeks and eventually it started working again, just have to be careful not to get it wet again! Otherwise it is good, and I quite like it, useful that it displays messages and vibrates when I get a phone call (as my phone tends to be on silent mode). It is easy to use and comfortable to wear even during the night!

Step counter hopeless
Nice watch with a good, clear display. But the step counter is hopelessly inaccurate. Yesterday it showed over 16,000 steps when I'm sure I did no more than 5,000 at the most. And today I've only been out of bed for an hour and haven't been out of the house yet but it's showing 2862!

Must have compatible phone to download app
Realy pleased with watch, nice clear face and easy to install app. Not being computer literate, I was going to ask my son to set it up for me, but hey hoe I managed it myself ( oh clever me lol). So if I can do it anyone can. A good buy.

Get what you pay for
Seems ok for my use, which is primarily a step counter, wouldnt think its accurate on heart rate etc

Love this alough the BP is not accurate according to manual readings.
