What is the active ingredient in this spray?

This ingredient list is straight from the Sinuforce box: Physiological saline solution (purified water, sodium chloride (NaCl), disodium hydrogen phosphate-12H2O, sodium dihydrogen phosphate-2H2O); sorbitol; PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil; eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus); peppermint oil (Mentha piperita); chamomile oil (Chamomilla recutita). I have very blocked sinuses and have tried numerous nasal sprays. My doctor prescribed me Flixonase & this has not helped! How different is this ?

That one can be used by pregnant woman and can be used for long period coz is not causing addiction. I bought it coz have an addiction for more than 15 years to another nasal sprays. I use Vogel bioforce every morning and step by step is getting better.

From what age can this be used?

On the Vogel website it says children 2-12 can use 1 spray per nostril 1-2 times per day, for a period not exceeding 30 days.

This product certainly works for me but I am concerned about using it beyond the recommended 30 days. Does anyone use it long-term? Any problems? Thnx

Unlike conventional nose sprays this doesn't harm the nasal passages as much. Long term I would suggest no more than once a day

An effective alternative to chemical based nasal sprays.

With this product I have been able to wean myself off of nasal sprays which contain substances which you shouldn't continue with after a stated time period. As it contains natural extracts I am happy to use it for a more prolonged time if necessary. This is my experience and I'm sure it may not work for everyone. I am happy and would recommend anyone to at least give it a go.

Work up to a point

I'm not sure it's any good as an actual cure, but what it might do is clear the way a bit to allow the body to fight the underlying infection more efficiently.Remember to limit use and it can be used as a good way to remove stuffiness on days where you have a bit of a thick head. I use it a few times a day only on my worst days and it does help to relieve me and it does it in a non-irritating way.So, not a wonder-drug but it has helped.

My nose is worse

I don't want to give a bad review as the product arrived next day. It smells lush but unfortunately it bungs me up even more. I don't know what it is but there's an ingredient in there that's irritating me.Other reviews are great. I have probs with my sinus and ear and I blow a lot of mucus out my nose every day. Since using this I've been very bunged up and nothing comes out when I blow.

Been using this for a few days now for my blocked nose, and I have to say it really doesn't seem to do anything at all. Very disappointed.

Not very impressive

It's basically saline with menthol in it. It is pleasant to use and the menthol isn't too strong. Easy to spray. However for what it is, it's very expensive and way over priced. It doesn't really clear your nose any more than saline water. The bottle is very small. I wouldn't purchase this again

It does help but I think my sinuses are blocked and it’s not really helping that really. I’m sure with a cold etc it will be fine. Quick delivery.
